STAR Awards Program
IPSHR
is a performance based registry which recognizes, celebrates, and
awards merit to patterned horses that are excelling in the worlds of
open and recognized breed shows.

In an effort to make things unilaterally fair to
all participants, a class under multiple judges shall be considered as
ONE class. In such an event, the participant may
select which judge's score to submit for points.
Example : ApHC
4-judge show. 5 horses in class. A horse placing one 1st,
two 2nd's, and one third. The STAR participant may elect to
submit the points for first place (5), second place (4), or third
place(3), but not for all four placings which the horse received.
